Why YR01 smart lock won’t pair App OR Bluetooth cannot connect?

Please check the Nice Digi App's Bluetooth permission is turned on via the path below:
1. If your mobile phone is iOS system:
- Open Nice Digi App
- Tap "Me"
- Tap the Settings icon (a hexagonal icon) in the upper right corner
- Tap "Privacy Settings"
- Tap "Bluetooth"
- Make sure the Bluetooth option is turned on.
-Tap "Location"
-Select "While Using the App" to find the lock when adding

2. If your mobile phone is Android system:
- Go to your phone "Settings"
- Scroll down and find the "Apps" OR "Apps and Services" option (naming may vary by phone brand)
- Search and find the NICE DIGI
- Tap "Permissions" of the NICE DIGI App
- Find the "Nearby devices permission” or "Change Bluetooth connectivity" option
- Select  Allow OR Always allow

Go back App Permissions of NICE DIGI
- Tap "Location"
-Select "Allow only while using the app" to find the lock when adding

3. Ensure your phone Bluetooth is On as well after confirming that the above App's Bluetooth and location permission is enabled.

4. Touch lock keypad to light it up and re-pair the lock to the NICE DIGI App

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.

 

How do I track my package?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.

 

Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement.
