 Q1：Why does the deadbolt not respond after unlocking?（Or it will lock but not unlock）Q2：Why do exterior /interior assembly come loose, even all screws are tightened?

A1&A2：The mounting plate is not properly installed to the exterior assembly.Please follow the video to adjust the installation.
